It was a concept that Alfred F. DeScenza originated in downtown Boston in 1915 and successive generations have been expanding upon ever since. Our tradition of quality and service at outstanding savings is thriving today, with branch stores located in FRAMINGHAM, HINGHAM, and PEABODY Massachusetts. Among our 120 employees are the founder's son, Fred DeScenza and son-in-law, Hugh MacIsaac, 10 of their children and five fourth generation spread throughout the four stores.
