We are a scratch bakery designing cakes and creating pastries…just for you. All of our products are made fresh and our 2 locations allow our customers not only to taste our products but see us at work. We have an open concept layout designed with our customers in mind. Established in 1980 by award winner and American Academy of Chefs member Chef Frederick J. Lozier the tradition now continues into the next generation. In 2004 Susan Lozier Robert stepped into her father’s shoes, continuing the tradition of excellence. With a staff that shares the vision of perfection, quality and customer service it’s no wonder why Frederick’s is consistently voted Best of New Hampshire for cakes and pastries, eight years running.
