From the first day I spoke Lori and Shawn at A Day To Remember it was love! I could not have asked for a better caterer. They worked with in our budget. They made a unique menu to fit what we wanted. And it was THE BEST wedding food I have ever tasted. We go SO MANY compliments about the food. They were great at giving ideas and money saving tips. I felt like they were part of the family by the end of it. I cant wait to have an event so I can hire them again. I HIGHLY recommend them! Lori from A day to remember created my wedding cake and my grooms cake. She did an amazing job. I asked for a very different cake and she was able to pull it off. I also had no idea what i wanted so she asked me lots of questions and creating the best cake ever. I would recommend her in a second!

Laurie and Shawn are AMAZING, they will work with you to develop a menu to your liking and taste. Their staff at the day of the wedding could not have been more accomadating. The food was fantasic and won exceptional raves from our guest and us too! They are great to work with and could not give them a higher review. If you are planning any kind of function they are the best bet.

My husband and I got married 3 weeks ago and used A Day To Remember LLC as our caterer. This was, by far, the best decision we made for our wedding planning. Shawn & Lori were perfect. They are very customer-driven and allowed us to be creative in the foods that we chose for our station menu, and they had great ideas to complement our preferences. They were really friendly and easy to work with, which is extremely helpful during the stress of wedding planning. They even recommended a Florist and DJ to us who were both much better than anyone we had found on our own. And as far as food quality goes, everything was absolutely delicious. Everyone at the wedding was talking about the food!It may sound grandiose, but I mean it 100% - Shawn and Lori had a gigantic part in making our wedding such an enjoyable experience. And we can't thank them enough.

I can not say enough great things about these two! Lori and Shawn not only made us delicious and mouth watering food but they also managed the execution of nearly everything that day. Their staff is friendly and efficient. The food just seem to keep coming in droves out of the kitchen. My guests boasted that this was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We have already decided to become regulars at the cafe they run. They worked with our budget and provided more food than we could have dreamed being able to afford. No one went hungry that night! Special plates were prepared and brought to our table to ensure that we ate even though we were running around like crazy. They also worked with us to create a unique and special menu to incorporate my husband's heritage. We had mini fish & chips, mini meat pies, chicken tandoori, and a wonderful spread of traditional italian cuisine. It was a menu that reflected us but all the credit goes to them! I will certainly be hiring them for any and all future events! I think it's safe to say so will all my friends and family. I've never felt more like a part of the family than when working with them.

We hired "A Day To Remember" based on a great recommendation, a very good price and good communication during the planning stage. We didn't really know what to expect at the wedding, especially quaility and taste of food. We were impressed. The food was wonderful including the tasty mushroom soup, prefectly cooked beef tenderloin and amazing antipasto station. I highly recommend the pasta station. Everyone at the wedding commented on how good the food was but they quickly added how great the staff was. The general comment was the staff really wanted to please everyone. The staff was obviously proud of their food and service. They made us look good with family and friends. no dissapointments for a great price.

Shawn & Laurie of a Day to Remember,llc catered our daughter's wedding. We held an intimate wedding in our garden, because of them the day was just perfect. They are very professional yet friendly and so easy to work with. The food was absolulty delicious, the service outstanding. They attened to every detail with ease. A Day to Remember simply did a truly spectacular job with our wedding. After meeting with several caterers who sought to shoehorn their existing menus into our concept, Lori and Shawn dove right into creating a complete menu from scratch. The menu was based off of authentic Victorian cuisine, and showed a tremendous understanding of both the time period and exactly what we wanted for our event. And, amazingly, for several hundred dollars under the next lowest quote we'd received.Our wedding was very different, as we wanted a picnic-style lunch on blankets for our outdoor site (which had never hosted a fully-set up wedding prior). They helped my fiance and I bring our ideas to life in the way we wanted, without sacrificing anything we desired. I immediately felt that they were enjoying the challenges of the theme and situation as much as we were, which led to a great feeling of camaraderie. They bent over backwards to help us out when we had questions or needed advice, even when it didn't directly involve the catering, such as tent and location setup possibilities. We never felt the slightest bit concerned through the planning process that something would go wrong.When it came to the actual wedding day, Lori, Shawn and their assistant were utmost professionals, setting up both sites flawlessly. When it came to lunch, everyone raved about the food, from the outstanding pomegranate balsamic vinaigrette dressing to the complex buffalo mozzarella sandwich to the perfect petits fours. Guests were updating their facebook accounts for days afterward talking about the food.We highly, highly recommend going to A Day to Remember, as I couldn't imagine a better group to handle any type of event. The food was outstanding, the people were knowledgeable and so easy to speak with, and the day ended up perfectly.
