Love love love Cakes for Occasions! The cake tasting was fun and there were so many options! They were able to provide pictures to help us pick our design as well. My bridesmaids got my bridal shower cake from them as well and everyone was talking about how delicious it was for days! The wedding cake was perfect, beautiful, and delicious! Loved everything about it, and love that they are going to send us an anniversary cake (instead of freezing the top layer) so it will be fresh and amazing! Highly recommend Cakes for Occasions to anyone: birthdays, weddings, or just because.. they will surely not disappoint!

Jennifer at Cakes for Occasions was great to work with. It was a difficult decision to make during the cake tasting, because all the cakes were so good. Our cake on our wedding day was everything we wanted and more. It was beautiful and tasted delicious. We picked two flavors for our cake and both were equally delicious. Our guests went back for seconds so they could try both flavors. Can't wait for our one year anniversary cake to relive the moment- YUMMY!

Jen at Cakes for Occasions was very sweet and easy to work with. She was able to answer any emails with questions I sent to her very quickly. Our cake was so beautiful,exactly what we wanted! It was absolutely delicious too! We can't wait to eat our anniversary cake next year!

While watching our wedding video this weekend, my husband and I laughed out loud at the cake cutting ceremony. Jason took one bite of the cake and said "Wow, that's delicious!" And it was! In addition to being absolutely delicious, the cake was beautiful. We ordered a vanilla sponge cake filled with strawberry-studded white chocolate mousse with vanilla butter cream frosting. I cannot wait until our first anniversary so we can eat this cake again! Thanks Jennifer!

Jen was very helpful and accommodating. We needed to pick up our cake on a sunday and they were closed but Jen went ot of her way to open the shop to give us the cake on her day off. Jen was also very helpful in our wedding cake design as we wanted our cake to look like suitcases. We were very pleased with the outcome and everyone thought it was great. It also tasted great!

Cakes for Occasions just made the cupcakes for my wedding. Sooo good! They originally agreed to make 350 cupcakes, and two weeks before the wedding, I asked them to add 70 cupcakes to the order, and Jennifer told me it was no problem at all. The day of the wedding, they delivered the cupcakes right on time and they looked georgous! And they tasted even better! I highly recommend Cakes for Occasions.Wedding Date- August 13, 2011

Our cake was included in our package at DYC so I was a little nervous because I didn't deal directly with them but it came out great. It was exactly what I wanted and from what I hear it was delicious!

All I have to say is my cake was DELICIOUS. Everyone commented how good it was! Our cake came from Cakes for Occasions through the Danversport Yacht Club (they actually order it for us), so I don't know how much it cost, but it must have been a reasonable price. When ordering it we were able to pick from a few styles and then customize it if we wanted - it was easy and the cake turned out beautifully! We had both white and chocolate cake and they were so good. I can't wait to dig into our cake topper on our 1 year anniversary!

I loved my cake!!! It was absolutely beautiful, and understated (just what I wanted)! We went with the double chocolate raspberry cake, and I'm sad that I didn't get to eat a whole piece! (My own fault, I was too busy dancing!!). I found Cakes for Occasions to be very reasonably priced, easy to deal with, and flat out wonderful! I can't wait to eat my anniversary cake next year! (Complimentary, by the way)!

Cakes for Occasions was great for our wedding. We had a small problem with our cake collapsing (didn't witness, but was told about it afterwards) and someone from the bakery came in with a big tub of frosting and fixed it right up. When we cut the cake, you couldn't tell there had been any problems. The cake was delicious! Marble with mocha frosting.The one complaint I would have was that the tasting was disappointing, but because it was through the reception venue, we didn't have a choice. I went to my sister's wedding cake tasting and was served water along with the cake. Here they serve coffee which made it hard for me to distinguish the taste. Also, the tastings were slightly dry, but I think that was because we scheduled for the end of the night due to our work schedule.Overall, I'm super happy with them and I'm really looking forward to the 1-yr anniversary cake.

Cakes for Occasions did a custom cake for our wedding and it came out perfect! It was gorgeous! And it tasted even better than it looked. We have gotten so many compliments on how yummy the cake was and how pretty it was! I would highly recommmend them!

Delicious and beautiful! That's pretty much all you're looking for in a wedding cake, right? Well I found that a lot of places can make a gorgeous cake - like a piece of art, but they didn't always taste that great. Cakes for Occasions gets it exactly right! I used them for my husband's surprise 30th birthday and for our wedding on April 9, 2011. Our cakes were creative and exactly what I wanted. And people couldn't believe how delicious they are. Taste the Opera Cake flavor and you'll be won over! Check out their Facebook page for some great pictures that their fans like me post! They are a great choice for your wedding or any other event!
