We really wanted an intimate and very special ceremony and with LisaAnn, that is exactly what we got! Every person that I have run into has said that our ceremony was the best they have ever been to. We have to agree! LisaAnn got to know us and she found a common thread that weaved our lives, our guests, our families and our unique love into the most beautiful ceremony we have ever experienced. One guest commented that he had been to over 200 weddings and our ceremony was the most unique and heart felt! We wish we could do it all over again. It was that excellent!

LisaAnn made our wedding ceremony so personal and special. During our short engagement, in just 3 months, she got to know us-- she listened, asked thoughtful questions and wrote a truly beautiful ceremony. Our guests commented how unique our ceremony was and LisaAnn gave us a beautiful printed book of the ceremony that we will cherish forever. Working with LisaAnn was also very easy. We planned the whole ceremony remotely, which started with a thought-provoking questionnaire then a few video chats. She also gave us the opportunity to read and work together on parts of the ceremony. She helped us pick readings and was a great sounding-board as we were writing our own vows. We were lucky to find LisaAnn and would recommend her to anyone-- she's GREAT! She truly creates personal, thoughtful and unique ceremonies that fully represent the couple she is marrying.

We couldn't have found a better officiant for our wedding ceremony than LisaAnn. We were very anxious about our ceremony and had no idea what we wanted to do. LisaAnn immediately put us at ease and worked with us to create a meaningful and personal ceremony. She had great suggestions for readings and music and we felt that she really got to know us over the planning of the ceremony. We had many friends and family members comment about how much they enjoyed the ceremony and what a great job she did. LisaAnn was incredible. We live in Houston, Texas. We planned our wedding in Boston, despite neither of us ever having traveled there prior to the wedding. LisaAnn was so helpful and offered incredible guidance and resources. She worked with us via Skype prior to the wedding and spent an entire day with us the week of the wedding. Our vows were uniquely beautiful thanks to her guidance and our ceremony went off without a hitch, despite not knowing whether it would be held inside or outside until the night before the ceremony. In addition to the ceremony, she also provided us with a full day of pre-marital counseling and we cannot say enough great things about her patience, geniune care and concern and overall pleasant nature throughout the entire process. We are now huge fans of LisaAnn and she is most certainly welcome as a guest and as a friend in our home any time.

LisaAnn was wonderful! Not only is she calm (a must when working with brides/grooms), but she gets to know the couple. What a gift our ceremony was - complete with a random horn honk, which occurred at just the right moment.  Hands down, our ceremony was our most favorite part of our wedding day.  We will remember it always.  LisaAnn crafted a ceremony that was not only unique, intimate and memorable, but one that was sensitive to our non-traditional views on marriage, love, relationships and religion.  And, it was LisaAnn's energy, perspective, understanding and patience that brought us comfort as we examined and incorporated those views throughout the process.  In the end, our ceremony felt like it was fitted to us, rather than us being forced to fit a standard.  It's our belief that every ceremony should center on the couple.  LisaAnn's ability to do this is top noch. I cannot express enough praise about LisaAnn. She was amazing. She took the time to "know us". She went above and beyond and way beyond our expectations. She put together a wonderful ceremony that was intimate and got rave responses by all who attended. I felt comforted by her and have come to care for her as a dear friend and didn't want our relationship to end.

To my now husband and I, having a personal and unique ceremony was extremely important. Therefore, I was very careful while choosing who would officiate my August 27, 2011 wedding. I initially found LisaAnn Donegan of Ceremonies From The Heart by searching WeddingWire for officiants in the Boston area. Soon after reading through LisaAnn’s reviews and reading through her website, I had a feeling she may be exactly who we were looking for. We met with LisaAnn and immediately felt a connection. I truly got the sense she understood what we were looking for and knew how to get us there. One of the special aspects about working with LisaAnn is that she really got to know us, so she could guide us in the right direction while we (LisaAnn, myself, and my husband) put together our ceremony. She guided us through the process of writing the ceremony, with as much or as little help as we needed. This was exactly what my husband and I needed because we wanted to make it as personal and as memorable as possible, but neither of us had any idea about where to start. LisaAnn gave us an initial outline, which gave us the opportunity to edit/add until we had the perfect ceremony and I must say, it was the most PERFECT ceremony for us. It is a part of our wedding that we will never forget and we really do have LisaAnn to thank for it. So many people came up to me after it was over to tell me how much they appreciated the ceremony and how beautiful it was. People are still commenting on how much they loved the ceremony. LisaAnn obviously put a lot of thought and positive energy into our wedding ceremony and made the day an amazing experience for us. LisaAnn officiated at our wedding in July 2011 and we could not have been more pleased with the intimate, funny, and moving ceremony she created for us. Lisa Ann is, quite simply, a brilliant officiant who is amazingly skilled at creating a beautiful ceremony unique to the bride and groom - that's what she did for us. If you are looking for a "cookie cutter" standard wedding ceremony then LisaAnn is probably not the right officiant for you. But if you want something personal, meaningful and top notch, look no further. LisaAnn invests a lot of time into the ceremony by getting to know you, what you're about, what things mean to you and generally what YOU want the ceremony to be. And since the officiant is more or less running the ceremony, I couldn't fathom a better person to do such than LisaAnn. Bottom line...LisaAnn is the best at what she does and creates an amazing ceremony that will be an event you will forever treasure.

My husband and I found LisaAnn through an internet search for interfaith officiants. We felt hypocritical choosing a minister from a church we did not regularly attend. Having been brought up in a fairly religious family, at the time I was slightly embarressed finding our officiant this way, but it ended up being the BEST decision of our wedding planning- besides the decision to have the wedding in the first place ;-) LisaAnn is an amazing person, and was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. She is warm, genuine, and takes the time to truly get to know both people involved- individually and as a couple. Our ceremony was absolutely perfect for us. We'll never forget it; it was meaningful beyond words. LisaAnn even created a ceremony book for us, with all the words that she spoke and the vows that my husband and I wrote for eachother. While the end result of our ceremony was beyond expectation, so was the process getting there. We had several meetings with LisaAnn beforehand, and email exchange back and forth as needed. If wedding vendors are stressing you out, LisaAnn will be a welcome relief. Her nature is very patient, very understanding...I can't tell you enough how much I appreciated that! We feel blessed to have found her and will continue to stay in contact.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about LisaAnn! We found LisaAnn on line and from our first phone call, I felt like we had known each other forever, there was an instant connection. Destiny is not only for the one you love, I felt like it was destiny to have LisaAnn in our lives. I was nervous about the ceremony and having to speak in front of people, but standing with LisaAnn and how she read our ceremony and spoke obout us, it was like standing up there with a long ltime friend and I wasn't nervous at all. She brought such good Karma to our wedding and all around her, it would not have been the same without her!!! We love LisaAnn!!!

LiasAnn was amazing! We sat down with her for our first meeting and told her our story of how we met and how our relationship evolved and who we are today as a couple. LisaAnn knew immediately what type of "feel" we were looking for our wedding. She just nailed who we are as a couple. I was very impressed. Throughout the planning phase, she was responsive and understanding. During our ceremony she was very genuine and so very sincere we felt as if we were long- time friends. Our family members even commented on how very touching she made the ceremony. LisaAnn has such a gentle spirit, I could not have wished for anyone better. I have already recommended her to our friends and would recommend her to anyone who wants a truly intimate and rememberable ceremony!

LisaAnn was a blessing. She was everything we could have wanted and more in a marriage officiant. Not only did we find the most compassionate, sincere, honest, and caring person to marry us but we found a life long friend.
