Chapins Catering

Chapin's catered our wedding and the food was great. Working with chef Kevin Violet was a pleasure. He was very responsive to our tastes, including our desire to include several retro-classic appetizers on our menu. In fact, he made it clear that he would be happy to prepare anything we wanted. (Apps from his own repertory were also just great!) His thinking about how to make the menu work as a whole was very creative, and by the time we had our tasting, the menu was already a success. We did request a few minor adjustments to various dishes at the tasting, and every single adjustment we had requested--no matter how minor--was taken care of perfectly on the day of the wedding. The high quality of the food was noticed and commented on by a great many of our guests. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding...

Chapins catered our wedding rehearsal Italian dinner. We had many quests from Manhattan and DC - all of whom raved about the food. They did an unbelievable job and were such a pleasure to work with! I most highly recommend Chapins Catering as a trusted vendor for any and all occasions. They are fantastic in every sense.

Chapin's was fabulous! Our reception venue works with them exlusively and had great things to say about them. We were a little nervous at first since we didn't really have a choice for the catering - but our minds were quickly put at ease. We met with Kevin and he and his team were able to draw up a menu we were extremley excited about that fit our budget. Our guests raved about the food and we made sure to eat plenty ourselves! I would highly recommend them for any catering needs and their restaurant is great too!
