I needed quick help planning a destination wedding, in San Juan. Chezelle was the quickest to reply to my request and she offered the best flexibility, with pricing. I was in FL, for the entire planning process. Even with some delays due to my own extenuating personal circumstances, she performed wonderfully and with total professionalism and grace. Chezelle is definitely there to help you enjoy the moment. The minister, photographer, cake designer and acoustic guitarist she suggested were all wonderful. My husband and I were so pleased with everything, as well as all the wedding guests. I will remember my wedding day, with fond memories. My wedding was held at La Concha in San Juan, PR in the Condado area. Its difficult to know even where to begin but I have to say my wedding was everything I ever dreamed of and more, thanks to Chezelle! From the set up, to the ceremony, the reception decor and flower arrangements were beyond perfect! Chezelle made my vision come to life. My husband and I are so happy that we chose Chezelle Dezines for our wedding planning. After trying to make all of the wedding arrangements by ourselves, we realized that even the simplest of weddings is still too overwhelming without the help of a professional... especially when it's at a destination other than your home town! We trusted her in helping us get our marriage license, choosing the site, the officiant, the photographer and in making the floral arrangements. She really listened to what we had requested and our 11/11/11 wedding day was even more amazing than we could have imagined( especially if we had tried to plan it ourselves!). Chezelle made the whole process so easy and because of her, my husband and I were able to really enjoy our day! Chezelle is fantastic to work with and does an amazing job! She pays very specific attention to detail, has a lot of great ideas and really knows how to plan all types of weddings. Chezelle is very knowledgeable of the business and a pleasure to have on your side while planning a wedding. She is very easy to get a hold of and is very easy to talk to. I don't know what I would have done without her. She was great! I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or event. She was indispensable during my wedding. Chezelle is the BEST!!! She loves her job and it shows! She went above and beyond to make sure our big day was special. It is hard planning a destination wedding but Chezelle made sure I was comfortable, talked me through my issues and concerns, met last minute requests and helped us stay within my budget. She is an amazing coordinator and I will definitely let her plan our day when its time to renew our vows in 10 years!

Chezelle did the stationary and welcome bags for our destination wedding. She came recommended by our wedding planner and we couldn't have been happier with our decision to go with her. She blew our minds away with her creativity, her attention to detail and her final products. She put together welcome bags for all of our guests. They were absolutely perfect! She came up with the idea for the bag that had San Juan written on the front with a cute picture. It wasn’t just a bag that the guests would get their goodies in, but it was high quality, durable, versatile and one they could use again. She added personal touches of our names and logo to everything she included in it. She had ideas for things we never would have thought of. Everything we wanted to be included was…and more! She had all of the bags made, brought to the hotel and organized to be delivered to each one of our guests. She also did the stationary for our wedding weekend - the welcome schedule of events, ceremony pamphlets, the menus and the name cards. They were all fantastic!!! The way she did the ceremony booklet...was sooo creative and fabulous....everyone enjoyed looking at them and it was exactly what we had in mind when we explained to her what we wanted....and more!!!! She added little details all throughout her work that made it absolutely wonderful and really stand out!! She had a color system for dinner orders that was great!!! So guests and wait staff knew what they were eating...while making it classy and nice. The menus were perfect!! They were so cute and had a little extra detail that made them just stunning. She did everything as we had asked and more. All of her products were beautiful and classy and matched our personalities and the whole wedding scheme perfectly. Chezelle made everything incredibly easy, it all went smoothly and we have only wonderful things to say about her, her products and her services. Chezelle did an amazing job!!! I would definitely use her again and recommend her to everyone I know and anyone getting married in San Juan :). Chezelle thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!! Chezelle is absolutely, hands down, 100% the best wedding planner out there!! She is the total package and worth every penny. Planning a wedding is difficult; planning a wedding in Puerto Rico, while living in New York, is twice as hard. Chezelle makes wedding planning effortless. She is passionate, creative, professional and made me feel like I was the only Bride she was working with. She clearly loves weddings and loves her job! During the planning phase, Chezelle always made herself available whether it was via email, text or phone calls. Our wedding was very non-traditional and I had a specific vision of how I wanted the day to unfold. Chezelle was able to take my vision and execute it flawlessly. It was perfect! She went above and beyond the duties of a wedding planner. She made beautiful centerpieces, menu cards and welcome bags for the out of town guest. On the day of our wedding, she made sure that my husband and I were completely taken care of. She made a day that could have been stressful, carefree and relaxing. I was able to focus all of my attention on my husband, our families and our friends on the happiest day of my life. I am so happy that I meet Chezelle and I know we will remain great friends!! Do not search further!! Chezelle not only made my wedding look absolutely beautiful, she treated all my family members as if they were her own. Every penny you spend with her is worth 10 times as much for the level of professionalism you will receive. (You obviously don't know me, but I'm very picky!) I'm the first of my siblings an cousins to get married so we needed extra help on many of the details and just calming everyone’s nerves. We had family members fly in from 3 continents and 4 countries for the ceremony and by the end of the reception no one wanted to leave!!! Chezelle made PR feel like it was a home away from home, to me she feels like an extension of my family. If you are having a wedding or other special event in PR, the Carribean, or even in the US mainland, call Chezelle so you can be stress free!!!

Chezelle was incredible to work with. She was attentive, understood what my vision was instantly and ran with it. (Coming from a bride, it is hard to convey what you pictured your special day being for all of the years building up to the engagement...Chezelle, simply put, just got it, and make it a day even more special I would have ever imagined before) She was creative, having an incredible eye for detail, money saving ideas (and always was totally upfront of costs, and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with everything- unlike many of my vendors!),she used innovative ways to enhance the day with her connections and cost savings, and ensured peoples enjoyment and making my special day the most memorable day I could have ever asked for. Easy to work with, very professional! No problems!

Chezelle was a Godsend. She put my husband and I at ease right away. She decorated at my bridal shower. It was absolutely beautiful!! She also assisted with the setup at the church. Everything was amazing. It was more than what I could ever have dreamed and wanted. She is so knowledgeable of her craft and very easy going!! I would definitely recommend her services.

Chezelle was an excellent wedding planner. She really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Very friendly, professional, and flexible. She is also an excellent stationery designer so she took care of all my wedding weekend stationery needs - even getting some escort cards reprinted the morning of to get in the last minute changes and made sure everything was perfect and beautiful. It really helps that she is from Boston so communicating with her was easy, and she helped a great deal with finding vendors and translating contracts. I highly recommend her services for anyone planning a wedding in puerto rico!

If you are looking for a destination wedding planner in PR Chezelle is your source! She knows all the local vendors as well as great places for the ceremony/reception. I had my wedding at the LaConcha hotel in PR on April 30th. She made sure I had no worries about any major and minor details! Everything went smoothly and I my wedding was lovely! I had a great wedding planning experience with Chezelle; however, once I saw my pictures of the decor that I worked so hard to perfect, I was disappointed as she missed a few elements that we discussed and was on the contract. For one, I told her that I do not like stick candles - how they ended up being part of my centerpieces, i do not know, but they looked dollar store cheap and where not on my contract. Moreover, my wedding was outside so they couldn't have been lit anyway b/c of the wind! Totally pointless! Secondly, where are all my votives and rose petals for the cupcake table? My cupcake table looked completely bare which I told her was a concern of mine, and she told me to not worry. Thirdly, where are all the pedestal votives that are listed on my contract and love so much? Fourthly, where are all the purple mokara orchid accent that should have been placed on top of each napkin? I can keep on going, but what would be the point - Nothing I can do now. I feel like she owes me an explanation and perhaps some money back - not sure. In the end, my wedding decor was nice but not spectacular as I know she can do so much more. I've seen her work and her decor is amazing...it just wasn't at my wedding...moresore mediocore. My suggestion to brides - make sure you reiterate on what you expect over and over and over again.
