Creative Catering

Creative Catering was wonderful to work with. Gary, my co-ordinator was so helpful and always available for questions or concerns. He was even incredibly flexible with some last minute budget issues we had. He was always honest and open with us about everything from specific food questions to just general wedding questions. At my venue, Smith Barn in Peabody, the caterers are responsible for putting together everything and they did a wonderful job especially considering I was not the most organized bride! The food was amazing, everyone commented, and the timing of the day went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

LOVED THEM!!! Our food at our wedding last weekend was incredible! Gary was so great to work worth and guided us through the process of picking out food that was suitable to our needs. The seafood raw bar was so cool and our guests loved it. My dad liked them so much he hired them for one of his company events before the wedding! 5 stars!!!!!

We are very happy that we chose Creative Catering for our wedding. The dinner was amazing and all of our guests can't stop raving about the quality of food and service. Barbara and Gary were very easy to work with and helpful through the planning process with any questions--catering related or otherwise. We made many changes to the menu throughout the process without problem and always had an easy-to-follow outline so there was no confusion. I highly recommend the lemonade and iced tea station as guests enter the venue (before the ceremony). It was inexpensive and welcomed the guests in a unique way with a mini social time before they were seated, especially on such a hot day. Although it wasn't on the menu, Gary was able to make basil lemonade for us and it was fantastic. I also suggest the ice cream sundae bar--huge hit! My only wish is to be a guest at a Creative Catering event so I could enjoy all they have to offer from a guest's perspective!

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this caterer!!!!! Gary and his team where fabulous, the food was outstanding, everyone raved about it!!! Gary was VERY attentive to our needs esp our relatives w/ some food allergies. He made sure my husband and I had everything we needed. Definately go with the beef tenderlion! You will NOT be disappointed in any way with this vendor!

LOVED Creative Catering. The food was fabulous!! Our guests commented that the horsdouvres were plentiful and the dinner was great Gary was also very helpful with timeline and what to expect Very experienced I really was comfortable letting them handle the food so I could be the bride. It was the best night of our lives....so far. :)

I loved working with Creative Catering and specifically Gary. He was so kind - that is the best way to describe him. Everything I asked for was answered with "of course we can do that" and "don't worry about anything". I unfortunately didn't have time to eat my dinner that night (boo!) but it looked great and all of my guests were raving about it (surf & turf). The appetizers, which I did have, were amazing. Thank you Gary and your staff for making it so simple and fun!

Creative Catering was perfect for my daughter's wedding! The food quality, presentation & service was terrific! We received numerous compliments on our choice of food for the wedding. Fabulous!

We were somewhat "forced" to use Creative Catering, as they are one of only 2 caterers that were allowed by our venue, however, we were very happy with their service. The manager, Gary, was very helpful throughout the process, and patient with me, as I was not the most organized bride! :-) All of our guests raved about the food at our wedding. I would highly recommend Creative Catering.

We worked with Gary for the majority of our planning, also went back and forth with Karen via email. Both very informative and reliable... We even made a change to our appetizers that wasnt on the menu and they accomodated! The event manager Barbara was awesome and her waitstaff was so friendly and efficient! I havent heard from my guests yet, but i loved the food (will update with guest responses!)

Was a pleasure to work with the good people at Creative Catering.They offered a very colorful menu that included multi cultural dishes.Our meal was well prepared and seemed to have something for everyone.I have already recommended them around and will continue to do so.

Creative Catering was wonderful for our wedding. The food was excellent and our guests are still talking about it. They were so attentive to the wedding party during pictures (everyone always had a drink and plenty of appetizers to eat). Gary gave great suggestions about our food choices and had great advice about wedding planning in general. Our reception went so smoothly because of the timeline from Creative Catering. They also worked very well with our other vendors. I highly recommend them.

Creative catering was perfect!! I definately recommend them to everyone having a wedding. They were VERY organized from day one! They adhered to my every need and request and the food tasted perfect!!! Everyone loved the food so thank you for a great day of food!!!

Gary and his team at Creative Catering were unbelievable! Our venue requires you to choose from 3 caterer options, and Creative provided a better menu, far better service and way better prices than the other options. During the planning process Gary offered so many planning tips to make the process easier – he is such a pro! During our wedding, and for months after, we heard rave reviews from our guests about the food (the filet mignon was to die for by the way, and the appetizers were outstanding!). I am one of those brides that actually sat and ate my dinner – all of it – so I give this review having full knowledge of how dinner was the actual day of our wedding! The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive, and made themselves available without being intrusive. My mom had a food allergy issue so we planned ahead to substitute one part of dinner for her, and Gary made a point to visit her table during dinner to make sure everything was right – she was so impressed he not only remembered the substitution, but took the time to check on her! Dinner was hot, delicious, and the presentation from hors d’oeuvres to the cake buffet was outstanding. Having come from a hotel/catering managerial background I have a lot of experience planning and executing banquets and weddings – I won’t lie, I’m hard to impress. Creative Catering impressed the heck out of me, and all of our guests. I can wholeheartedly 100% recommend them!

Creative Catering surpassed our expectations.The menu they went with was amazing and very well balanced.Gary was a huge help and he captured all the elements of our wedding and coordinated it into a great meal.

Creative catering does a great job and creates a beautiful presentation. The food was outstanding and Gary and Carolyn were great to work with. My sister and I both used them for our weddings and I would recommend them. There was a slight mix up with the catering manager that evening but everything went really smooth. I received several comments about the food being outstanding.

Creative catering did our wedding and they were great. We still get compliments on the food. They asked us what we wanted served and they took care of the whole day from start to finish. The food, the cake, the deserts, everything was perfect. We highly recommend them for your special day. They were professional in every single way.

Our first coordinator, Carolyn, was nice enough, but was terrible about returning calls/emails and even the simplest tasks weren't done (we changed from salmon to swordfish - it took 4 reminders and 2 copies of our event order to get it changed for good). Anyway, we met with Gary a month before the wedding and I decided to coordinate with him from then on thinking it would be easier. Not so much. He is just as bad with email, and seems stretched way too thin. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch, though. The food was delish, but for the mental anguish they caused - I would not recommend them.

I only had a few bites of my dinner, but everyone said it was fantastic. Apparently some of the guests came up to my mother and told her that their filet mignon was better than any theyÂ’ve had at high-end Boston steakhouses. Apparently the apps were delicious, and I can personally vouch for the butternut squash ravioli, which was amazing. However, so many people have complimented me on the waitstaff; apparently they were friendly, courteous and on top of everything

From what I tasted, the food was great. My guests loved it. I would absolutely recommed them...my sister-in-law is using them for her wedding this summer. I feel like I didn't have to work to get this part done!
