David's bridal is exactly what you would expect really. It's a huge national chain which is both an advantage (our bridesmaids were able to pick their dresses up locally despite living quite far from us), and a disadvantage (big corporate feel, and they will pester you with emails and things all the time once they have your email address). They were helpful in adding a bustle to the Bridal dress as well, though their first choice of colors for the buttons was garish they did redo them for free when we asked. (I'd recommend going over what sort of buttons they intend to use in advance if you use this service). In summary David's Bridal is good enough but nothing special, possibly a good option if you are getting together people from far flung destinations for the convenience of local stores.

There are a few people that work here that need to work on their attitudes and professionalism but otherwise my experience here was what i expected from a chain wedding attire boutique. my dress was perfect and very affordable and the ladies in alteration were wonderful.

I did not intend on purchasing my wedding dress from David's but the Oleg Cassini dress I tried on was meant for me. The value for the lace overlay and beadwork was what sealed the deal. The responsiveness and profeessionalism left a lot to be desired for both myself and my brides maids but you are getting what you pay for. My girl's dresses came in before they were scheduled to and were perfect so that is why I scored David's as high as I did. The seamstresses are also very good.

When I went to pick my dress, the associate was very attentive but also pushy about her commission. When I went with my bridesmaids, another associate was not attentive and we had to pull all the dresses ourselves. The greatest experience I had was with the alterations department because they told me to bring my dress in whenever with or without an appointment, and they were soo nice and fixed the issues as I went shopping at the pheasant lane mall. After looking back at all the pictures and everything, everyone looked great, I loved my dress and it was at a great price. Overall I'm glad I went to davids.

Davids Bridal had average service... nothing too special about it. I found them to be a little pushy because they wanted me to choose a dress my first time even trying them on. They also pushed me to get a bra and petti coat that I did not even need and of course once you buy something you can't return it.I did get my dress from there and I do love it. Everything did come in the correct sizes and was delivered in a timely fashion. I did not have them alter my dress.

They were great, everyone was friendly. i went dress shopping waay later then i should of, i think it was a month and a half before my wedding! Got my dress within two hours they knew my wedding was coming up fast so they got my fitting booked asap. which was the week after, then two weeks later picked up my dress then two weeks later got married! Love them!

Everyone loved my dress. I went in, tried on one, loved it, bought it, left, all within an hour. The consultant I had was not pushy, but very helpful at the same time.

Davids Bridal was the BEST!!! the staff treated me as one of their own. They listened carefully to what I wanted and expected. They found my 2 perfect dresses, and tho we had some malfunctions....they were there to help in every way!!! they made sure my dresses were PERFECT for my big day, and indeed they were!!! I also had my bridesmaids and flower girl dress purchased here, and the experience was AWESOME!!! we ran into some problems with the flower girl dress, but they did not hesitate to help me thru!! tho the problem was not their fault, they reached out to a store accross the country to make sure I got the flower girl dress I WANTED!!! my wedding would not have been as beautiful as it was had it not been for the staff at DAVIDS BRIDAL!!!! =)

Karen at the Nashua, NH store was AWESOME. She helped me pick out my dream dress, bringing me the cheaper ones first so I would not have my heart set on the expensive designer dresses- even though she would make more commission. I ended up picking an expensive designer dress and loosing 25 pounds after I bought it and they exchanged it for me no problem! I got my bridesmaids dresses there & also had my alterations done. I could not be happier. Karen was a HUGE help and very pleasant, ask for her!

I went to Davids Bridal after finding a wedding gown on their website online. The consultation girl that I had also had other brides at the same time of my appointment.My mom, my sister in law and my maid of honor had to pick dresses because I wanted to try on more dresses. I did end up purchasing the dress that I found online but I didnt get the experience that every bride should get while looking for a wedding gown.

My dress was beautiful and very good quality. But, the service was by far the WORST i've ever experienced. The woman at the front gave my mom a really hard time about opening a credit card. My dress and veil together were about 1300 dollars so it wasn't like my mom was trying to charge one of the 99 dollar dresses. The credit card didn't go through and said that they needed to call the company directly because my mom had recently opened a home equity loan and they needed to ask her a few questions. The woman impatiently taped the on the phone while giving my mom dirty looks the whole time. The card finally went through and she handed my mom the receipt and said "ok all set." After we left I got a call saying if I changed my mind and wanted the dress to please let the other girl I worked with know. We looked back at the receipt and realized that it was only opening the credit card, but she never charged the dress. I would have been waiting for months for a dress that was NEVER ordered. I tried to contact corporate and they were also very RUDE. I suggest avoiding them at all costs. I refused to get my alterations done there after I had the dress. Even for the prices of their dresses it's NOT worth it. Stay away!

I found the perfect dress when I first looked and the woman Dena that helped me was very nice she listened to exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect dress for me. She also picked out a few my mother and sister would like just so they would be happy. My only issue was that my only alteration was the bussle and during the reception some of the buttons broke off so I had to keep grabbing the back of my dress if I wanted to walk or dance.

David's Bridal has the feel of being the "wal*mart of wedding dresses". My mother, my maid of honor and myself felt like we were just another costumer and they were trying to push us out as fast as possible. Alterations felt rushed and they didn't listen to me or my mother very well. I actually had to raise my voice to make a point. The dresses could not be held there for very long and they were always very short with me. I would recommend that if you can afford to do so, try to find a small boutique. Keep the small business afloat and they are more likely to work well with you.

Our David's Bridal consultant Ann was a great help to me when I went looking for a dress. She went above and beyond to find dresses that might match my interests. Overall, our consultant was great. I did not, however, appreciate being charged for an actual garment bag after spending hundreds of dollars on a wedding gown. Alterations were reasonably priced and the dress was of good quality. I felt rushed throughout the process of bridesmaid dress selection and I did not appreciate the impersonal nature of this process.

The only good thing about David's Bridal is the cost of the dresses; they are affordable for many brides. I bought a dress on sale but never ended up wearing it! Bought a much nicer dress which was more my style with absolutely no hassle from another store. RUDE sales people and they book way too many appointments at once. Avoid this place if you can!

Absolutely would recommend David's Bridal. My wedding gown was gorgeous and at a fraction of the cost. My bridesmaid's dresses were stunning as well. Staff super helpful. Only drawback is at the counter, too long of a wait. Would still recommend!

I had three months to get my dress before my wedding and I knew if any place could do it David's could. My maitron of honor tried to call a few times to make an appointment for us. They never returned her call. Then I tried...they told me I couldn't get an appointment for that week or the week after. We went in to look at dresses anyway, but you are treated much differently when you do that. We had a very nice sales person, but she also had other brides that she was helping, so it took a while to get anything done. Fortunately I found a dress in my size that I ABSOLUTELY LOVED and I brought it home that day. I made an alteration appointment and all I needed was a bustle. When I went back for my final fitting there was a call-out so not only did I not have anyone to help me take a final look at my dress, another customer had to take a picture of it so I could look at the back. After over 2 hours there I had to have a new sales person stitch the beads and sequins on the dress that were missing becuase they hadn't done it already. This is a guaranteed service they provide when you buy a dress there, but apparently they don't think you will notice that they hadn't done it. Because the dress had been on the sales floor there were many little beads and sequins missing. Also, my bustle was crooked and I didn't know until I got home because they didn't look at it while I was there with the dress on. There wasn't enough time to get it fixed although if they had enough people on staff that day when I was there they could have done it that day. Not happy with the services over there, but unfortunately there aren't many dress places other than David's that you can grab a dress off the rack and purchase it.

I had a bad time with my dress finding the consultant did not listen to what I was telling her and didnt bring me anything I wasnted..My mom ended up pulling my dress. Alterations there were amazing and very professional.
