Frederick's Pastries

As always, our cake from Frederick's was delicious. I didn't want some elaborate and just ordered one of their cheesecakes. It was simple, beautiful, and perfect. I couldn't have been happier with the result.

Frederick's was awesome to deal with, everything from the tasting to the actual cake! It was beautiful and more then I could have imagined!

fredericks offered me amazing cakes at an amazing price. i had 24 caked at my wedding including the wedding cake. and a special b -day cake for my mom. the price was great. my only regret was i didnt really get to eat any of them as i was so busy but i cant wait for my 1 yr anniversary so i get to eat a whole slice

Jennifer was an absolute delight to work with! Her creativity is amazing! We received so many compliments on our cake (both look & taste) and at least half of our guest list has asked me where we got our cake because they can't stop thinking about how delicious it was. We had their white cake and as our fillings we did the peanut butter cream and the chocolate fudge - absolutely AMAZING! The design of the cake was perfect, fit exactly what we had wanted and what we talked about with Jen. We could not have been happier with our wedding cake and I cannot wait to eat the topper on our one year anniversary!!

I received so many compliments about my cake - both the beauty of it and the taste! The bakery was incredibly flexible and friendly in the planning process. Picking out our cake was the best part of planning!

They were very easy going and willing to work with us to find out what my ideal cake would be. The cake turned out beautiful and was delicious.

My cake was for a Sweet 16 party. It was a 4 tier cake; looked beautiful and tasted delicious. Was very slightly slanted, but for a birthday party, I did not have an issue with that. My daughter and I were probably the only ones who noticed.Although we were ordering for a birthday party and not a wedding, the staff was attentive and gave us ample time at our appointment. I would defintiely recommned Frediricks and use them again.The only negative I can think of was that they delivered it to the hall earlier than I requested; however, there was a staff prerson there when they arrived.Over all , a very good experience.

I did a Halloween Themed wedding. The staff was friendly and accomadating. The staff was able to make my vision come alive in my wedding cake.

We were absolutely delighted with our cake from Frederick's. We wanted a cake that was simple, yet elegant in design with outstanding flavors. We wanted only buttercream frosting we didn't want any fondant. Our cake received rave reviews from our guests. It was delicious and beautiful. You will be delighted if you choose Frederick's for your cake.

The best experience we could ask for... the cake tasting really filled us up. They were very accommodating, offering a wide range of cakes and fillings in numerous combinations. They gave great suggestions and really worked with what we wanted to come up with the perfect cake. My only disappointment was not getting to eat enough of the cake at our wedding because we were so busy. They will even remake the top for you the following year (can't wait).

The cake was beautiful, and very tasty. The only reason I have to give a 2 out of 5 for Quality of Service, is that I only had one request of what i did NOT want on the cake, and that one thing was flowers. When I arrived at the reception hall, I thought I was looking at someone elses' cake, as there were flowers on every tier. Again, the cake was beautiful, just not what I asked for.

I have a dairy allergy and they were so accomodating for me. So I ordered brownies instead of a cake, and they decorated them with sugar butterflies and sunflowers (the theme of my wedding) and nondairy fudge topping. They delivered them to our venue. I was so surprised and excited to see the finished product when I entered the reception. They looked amazing and tasted fabulous. It was one of the best brownies I've ever had, and my husband fully agrees. WE definitely recommend Frederick's Pastries.

I found a photo on an online website and sent it to them for the cake design, and they recreated that look perfectly. It looked exactly like the photo and tasted amazing too! Definitely try the purple velvet cake!

Our cake was DELICIOUS and absolutely beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a nicer cake! SO PLEASED!!

The cake was great. I have a few friends whom do not like cake and could not stop raving about how yummy our cake was.!!!

Our cake was beautiful and we received several comments on our purple cake! We had to pay a bit more for the purple, but it was definitely worth it. I loved it with the butter cream. Our guests loved the chocolate/raspberry and vanilla/strawberry layers as well. We worked with the staff at the Bedford, NH location and they were friendly and professional. The classic lily style fit with our wedding perfectly! Since we didn't take home the top tier (we wanted the variety for our guests) we can't wait to get another cake for our 1 year anniversary to enjoy!

Let me start by saying that I'm not sure if I can wait a whole year to eat our anniversary cake. It stares at me from the freezer every day and reminds me of how delicious it is!The staff at Frederick's was very easy to work with. We requested a birch tree cake and brought in a photo of what we wanted. We specified that we didn't want certain decorations that were in the photo, and we dropped off our cake topper a couple months before. I was nervous that either the cake would look like a sub-par version of the photo or that my cake topper might get lost. However, the cake was exactly as I requested and it was delicious! I've been to a few weddings where the cake was beautiful but dry or not very tasty, but everyone agreed that our cake looked AND tasted fabulous. I wish I could post a photo of it. Frederick's saves your order for a period of time (I forget how long) so you can purchase your top layer again. I think we might order one sooner than our anniversary because I am seriously craving more of that cake! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and I will absolutely be back the next time I need a cake.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our cake. With such little direction style wise they knew what we wanted. It was if we'd brought in a sketch of our colors and style we were going for. I think everyone said the cake was delicious as well as gorgeous!We went with a custom design on a three tier square cake. It was white butter cream with mocha and white almond pound cake with fudge, mocha and more fudge for the fillings. We had ribbon on the bottom of every tier, with a little textured look on the tiers with the smallest amount of swirls going around the top of the tiers. We had a generous amount of fresh flowers (hydrangea, peonies, stock flowers) on the cake with some as the topper as well. $55 for fresh hydrangeas, but they were gorgeous!

Best wedding cake I have ever had! Looking forward to my anniversary that much more, just to order another cake from them!

We were very happy with the people and planning at Fredrick's pastries and especially the yummy cakes we had at our wedding! The people at Fredrick's were able to make individual cakes as a centerpiece for each of our 15 tables. The cakes were beautiful and delicious. They were able to top them with fresh flowers that matched the flowers that I carried. We had some chocolate with raspberry and some white with raspberry. We also had a two tiered cake for us to cut and freeze the top layer. All the cakes, cake stands (bought separately) and delivery were about the same price as a traditional wedding cake. We have had so many compliments on our unique yummy cakes!
