Joe Wallace is a true pro. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. His staff was also exceptional. He is very good at eliminating the stress associated with wedding pictures and we had amazing results. He also had many creative ideas that made for very unique photos. My wife and I are so happy that we picked Joe!

Joe was fantastic! He responded to my emails immediately every time and was extremely helpful. We knew he was a great choice during the engagement photo session, he made us feel very comfortable. On our wedding day he fit right in with the wedding party! I would highly recommend Joe!!

We interviewed a few photographers, but Joe won us over not with his gorgeous look books and reasonable prices, but with his heartfelt love for weddings. He said that no wedding he had ever been to was alike, and that he wanted to capture the emotions of the day on film, so we would be able to look back and see what we and our guests were feeling that day. He delivered on his promise to capture the love and joy of our wedding, with incredibly beautiful photos that are both artful and meaningful. He had great ideas about posed shots, got many, many candid photos, and he and his assistant did a beautiful job of making the rounds to capture images of all 100 of our guests having fun, while still keeping the focus on the bride and groom. While the emotions on people's faces and the actions happening in the photos are my favorite parts, the angles, color and lighting of many of the shots are simply breathtaking. But that doesn't even begin to describe the level of dedication and professionalism Joe and his assistant brought on August 20th. Our wedding was at sunrise, on a Cape Cod beach. Not only did Joe agree to meet me at my house at 5 in the morning for getting ready photos- he was early. He also had no problem splitting the time from 5-7 a.m. and then from 11-5 in the afternoon- he came early to do detail shots, and stayed late to take after party shots as well. Which means he was taking pictures of our wedding for 12 hours and was joyful and fun every moment. It gets better. My husband and I got all 619 digital images via Pictage four days after our wedding- so we got to lay in our honeymoon hotel and moon over them. The prints were waiting in our mailbox when we arrived home, with a DVD copy of all the images. I highly, highly, highly recommend Joe Wallace Photography.

My wife and I were married at a sunrise ceremony on a Cape Cod beach. When we told Joe about our plans, he was genuinely excited for the opportunity to be our photographer. We were so pleased with the professionalism (and fun!) that Joe ad his team brought to the wedding and reception. What I liked about Joe was his ability to capture the fun and enjoyment. Going through the photos while we were on our honeymoon (that's how quickly we got our digital proofs), my new wife and I relived the fantastic day. And while time may dull our memories, we will always have the amazing photos that Joe took to remind us of our special day.

Joe was fantastic! He was an absolute pleasure to work with! We spoke on the phone numerous times prior to the wedding, but never actually met him in person. When we did finally meet him that day, it was like we had known him forever. He blended right in with the flow of everything making everyone feel very comfortable with him there. Our pictures are amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better overall experience from start to finish!!

JOE. IS. AWESOME. I've read that choosing a wedding photographer can be super nerve wracking (if you don't have you're future wife do it all). That's not the case at all with Joe. If you're reading this post you're search is over. Take a deep breath, you can stop looking. After the first conversation I felt like I had known him for years and I was hiring a buddy to shoot our wedding. Over the course of the few months before the wedding he was informative, flexible and open to all of our ideas. All of that aside, Joe and Kristin took awesome pictures of our wedding and we are completely happy with their work. I'll enjoy looking at our pictures forever.

Joe was very easy to work with. I was getting ready to print some Save-the-Date cards and found a sale that was only good for the Memorial Day weekend. It was the same weekend Joe was taking the kids pictures. I asked Joe if he could get me a couple pictures to choose from to use for the save-the-date cards. That very night after he took the pictures, I had pictures to choose from in my email. The kids also wanted to take lots of nontraditional pictures at the wedding. Joe encouraged them to do whatever crazy pictures they wanted. We had a lot of fun at the wedding and all the pictures turned out fantastic!! I would highly recommend Joe Wallace Photography!!

We love Joe Wallace Photography! We wanted cows. Joe gave us cows. We wanted robots. Joe got us robots. We wanted $1 million dollars... well, Joe didn't get us a $1 million dollars, but he did take the most spectacular engagement and wedding photos. When we met initially with Joe, he offered to shoot engagement photos of us, just as a way to get to know us. We thought this a great idea, so we suggested that we get to know each other in a cow pen. We said we wanted pictures with cows and Joe arranged with a friend to get us onto a farm with a 2000-pound cow named "Big Jim"! Not the usual request, but Joe was ecstatic at the opportunity to arrange the shoot. Joe's enthusiasm and support for our ideas and us was present throughout the wedding process. He and his partner met with us before the wedding to hear about our vision for the day and to reconnect and make us feel comfortable about our big day! On the day, Joe and his partner were present, but not at all intrusive. They blended into our day seamlessly, taking pictures that we will treasure for years to come.

I received an email from The Knot about Joe Wallace and decided to check out his website. To my surprise, he had been the wedding photographer for a coworker who had gotten married a few months before. How great to have a personal reference! I was able to see her photos and they were very good. Joe came to meet with us at my parents house and he was very down to earth and funny. We had a good feeling about hiring him. He was always prompt with emails and questions. He and his assistant Kristen arrived early on the wedding day and they got great pictures of the venue before guests arrived and a lot of great pictures of us getting ready. We received all the photos from the day and we can't stop looking at them. We would highly recommend him to other couples. Thanks Joe! :)

My husband and I are very please with Joe Wallace's work. He had a wonderful personality and was loved by the entire family by the end of the night. He actually saved the day by transporting me, my father and a bridesmaid when my limo broke down on the highway. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend Joe for any special occasion.

Joe was really a delight to work with. I was the groom and usually taking pictures would be a hastle for me while my wife is excited, but Joe is a hilarious person that made me enjoy getting in front of the camera. Joe was an extremely amazing photographer. His assistant and him were both extremely professional and yet found a good balance of being playful with us to bring out our personalities if we ever got camera shy. Joe went over and above what was expected, and we now have so many amazing wedding photos from that day. Joe was a really good listener as well and did whatever the groom and I asked him to do and worked with us to develop our ideas even more. Overall extremely happy!!

September 18 2010 - Manchester by the Sea, MA: We have now looked (and looked and looked!) at all of Joe's photos and love them. They really capture our wedding day perfectly and we are so pleased that, on Joe's recommendation, we went and did a photo 'shoot' at the beach - as they are some of our favourites and the sky looks just incredible. We had a blast having Joe at the wedding - everyone has commented on how great he and his assistant Kristin were and how they both just fitted in and did their thing! We will of course be recommending him to all of our friends getting married Stateside! Great photographer. He was with us for probably 12 hours on the day of our wedding and did everything we asked of him. He had our pictures ready before we were even back from our honeymoon. They look amazing too.

Joe Wallace Photography was great! He captured every aspect of our wedding wonderfully. From the pictures, it seemed as though he was everywhere yet he was completely unobtrusive. And unbelievably prompt too- we got our proofs while we were still on our honeymoon. My groom was very skeptical that there was a difference between wedding photographers, but Joe Wallace Photography proved that there is.

When we met with Joe, he went out of his way despite the distance and timing of the meeting. He was clear about his philosophy and style and was extremely open to our ideas. Joe listened to our ideas and made a plan to shoot engagement photos of us that were true to our vision and true to who we are as a couple. The photos came out beautifully! In the months leading up to our wedding, my husband and I looked through many, many websites and portfolios to find the best photographer to meet our needs for quality, cost, and good personality. By chance, we came across Joe, and in looking through his work, we noticed that everyone in his pictures looks so very happy. (It should be a given for wedding photos, but it isn't always that way!) We contacted Joe, who responded promptly and answered my innumerable and bothersome questions that followed. We met in person, and were delighted to find that Joe not only had a great portfolio of work, but a wonderful character that assured us that Joe was the photographer for us. Joe worked with us to put together a package that met our hopes and budget for our wedding photography, and on the day of, he showed up with his second photographer (also splendid!) earlier than anticipated. They welcomed our ideas, efficiently and caringly organized group pictures, and were willing to cooperate with our fun-loving and presumably exhausting agenda of wedding activities. Our pictures were edited and a link of all those photos was sent to us by the time we were home from our honeymoon a week and a half later. (And if you're looking elsewhere for wedding photographers, this you won't find!) For quality in artistic ability, for fair cost, and impeccable character, I would recommend Joe Wallace. I am grateful for having found him, and even more for the chance that he could shoot our wedding for us!
