Ernie was absolutely amazing to work with. He made our wedding day so special and a day that guests really WILL remember - they are still complimenting his services almost 5 months later! He was very affordable, offers even more affordable uplighting which I am SO glad we decided to use, easy to work with, kind, and really knows the industry - the music he played had people winded on the dance floor because they just did not want to stop dancing, including myself! Ernie was very professional and responsive the moment we inquired about his service. The initial meeting with Ernie made us want him for our wedding right away. He was very helpful in the preplanning process, especially since we barely chose any music on-line. Ernie was great the night of our wedding. We could not have asked for a better DJ. He listened to what we wanted and did not want. He played exactly the kind of music and set the kind of tone we wanted. Our guests commented on how good the music was and how good the DJ was. Everyone danced all night. We highly recommend Ernie.

I can't even begin to say enough nice things about Ernie - if it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would! Not only was he attentive, professional, and polite, but he did an amazing job at our wedding. He has an extensive knowledge of music and made some great song suggestions while helping us plan for the big day. In my opinion, the music at a wedding is one of the most important parts and Ernie had my guests out on the dance floor the entire time! He knew exactly what songs would get the crowd dancing and I received so many compliments on how great the music was. I have highly recommended his services to other friends who are planning their wedding!

Ernie did and unbelievable job during our wedding. Based on the 15 songs that we had picked Ernie was able to identify the types of songs we really like. It was a perfect blend of fun, upbeat songs as well as slow wedding songs for the guests and bride/groom to enjoy. It seems like we said, "I love this song!" many of times throughout our wedding night. We were extremely impressed and would highly recommend Ernie (and his protege Nate) for your wedding in the future! Great job guys!

DJ Ernie was amazing! We had a variety of music lovers and he played everything from irish bar songs to traditional portuguese walzes.......he got the party started and kept it going. So much so that one bride-to-be at the wedding is already waiting to book him. He was professional, organized and knew every song he was playing and was able to feel the crowd depending on the flow of the dancing. He really made our wedding special and we couldn't be happier!!

Ernie Houle was exceptional! He was great to work with and did a perfect job on our ceremony and reception music... everyone danced the whole time and commented on the great song selections!

My son and daughter-law are both deaf. So we had 1/2 hall of hearing community and 1/2 hall of deaf community. Our DJ was total prepared for this challenge. Ernie Parent was our DJ he was better than excellent. At 12 midnight we still had over 75 people hanging around still wanting to dance.

Ernie Houle is an excellent DJ! After a great deal of researching to find someone that seemed like a good fit for our wedding day, we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. From the start Ernie was both flexible and helpful; two qualities we really needed. From our first conversation where we explained the type of music we liked, the flow of the evening and how much involvement we wanted, to our first meeting two weeks before the wedding where we had nearly zero answers for him: we didn’t know the entrance song, the parent dances, the farewell dance… literally we had no idea; Ernie was patient and friendly and gave nothing but helpful suggestions along the way. In some cases we took his advice and in others we vetoed his recommendations, but nonetheless Ernie worked as hard as he could to make sure we had exactly the wedding we wanted. Any music we requested up until the day before the wedding, he made sure that he had it. On the wedding day, he showed up very early to the reception site, he pronounced everyone’s names correctly (not a small feat) and the night not only went smoothly, it was an absolute blast! From the minute the guests were invited to dance until the final song, our family and friends were on the floor dancing their hearts out! We highly recommend Ernie Houle and Locomotion DJ Productions for your wedding!

Wonderful experience. Everyone had a great time, danced all evening. The CD that the DJ made for us was a nice idea, and it meant a lot to us.

Ernie Houle was AWESOME for our wedding!! He kept the party going all night, the dance floor didnt clear out once! He even had my 8 month pregnant maid of honor and my 90 year old grandfather on the dance floor all night! Def. highly recommend him for any type of party or event.
