We didn't meet Paul until a week before the wedding. We went over our DJ worksheet with him and he really seemed to get what we wanted for music for the wedding. On the night of the wedding, I think we only heard his voice a few times, which was nice. He also did a great job of playing music to keep people on the dance floor or changing up the music when people weren't dancing. He also took a low quality version of a formal dance song and cleaned it up for us so it would sound better. Paul also did the uplighting for us and it looked beautiful. He used a softer color during dinner to highlight the ballroom at Astors' and then used fun colors during the dancing

We really enjoyed working with Murray Hill talent and our DJ Mike Gent for our wedding. We were looking for an low-key DJ that would play music we love (we had a bunch of requests), while picking music that would work for the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception (we wanted a packed dance floor!). We also wanted someone affordable. We were completely satisfied in all respects. Before the wedding, we discussed our musical preferences with Mike, and felt confident that the night would go smoothly. He was very friendly and professional. At the reception, he organized the wedding party and did introductions, and throughout dinner he introduced speeches, as we had planned. During the reception, the dance floor was packed, and Mike did a great job switching between some specific cultural requests (polka music, for ex.) and more traditional reception dance music. He was also very responsive to requests, even staying after the last song to play a heavily requested track. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our wedding DJ, and we received a lot of compliments about music that night.

We had DJ Paul Natale at our wedding and he was phenomenal. He really listened to our requests and DO NOT PLAY lists and didn't mess with it at all. Not a cheesy dj, really classy!

We hired Cory Harding for our DJ and we could not have been happier with his services. He played great music all night and really abided by the "do not play" list. He was always very easy to get a hold of and flexible with any special requests for the reception. We would highly recommend him!

We had Flipside play at our wedding. We had heard them at a wedding a few years back and thought they were the best wedding band we had ever heard. When we got engaged, we contacted them immediately - since we knew they booked up so quickly. They can perform any type of music from Journey to Etta James to Michael Jackson! And it sounds amazing! We still get compliments on the band from our guests. In all honesty - we could have had the wedding anywhere...as long as they were our band.

Cory Harding of Murray Hill Talent was our DJ, and he was AMAZING! My husband and I are both musicians, and looked long and hard for a dj who wouldn't be obnoxious or silly and play the music we wanted. Cory Harding fit the bill perfectly! He has a tremendous knowlege of different kinds of music and was very open to a few unorthodox requests we had for the cocktail hour and dinner. Then, he was able to keep our guests dancing all night long! We really appreciated how he listened to and thoughtfully implemented our requests and we heard a ton of feedback from friends and family about how great the dj was and how he really seemed to "get" us! We've already referred him to a few of our (music snob) friends!

Murray Hill provided all of the music for our wedding - trio for the ceremony, guitarist for the cocktail hour and Paul Natale as our DJ for dinner and dancing. It was perfect! The trio did a fantastic job and Tom, our guitarist, really set the mood for a fun, relaxed evening. I think Paul may be the best DJ! The dance floor was packed the entire evening and everyone - from 5 to 85 - had a blast! The stress over music was eliminated because Murray Hill just took care of it all. We had a blast!

The Band Flipside and Corin, the DJ, were absolutely amazing at my wedding. From the time the band started till the end of the reception, which lasted from 7pm to 1:30am, people were dancing non stop. They are a definite for all weddings!!!!

Working with Murray Hill Talent was an excellent experience, the results were visible at our reception where the dance floor was packed. Our DJ really listened to our likes and dislikes and was extremeley knowledgeable about what to play when to really get people dancing. The flow of the night went so smoothly, the music during the cocktail hour led perfectly into the first dance and then after dinner things really kicked up. I had so many compliments from our wedding guests on the music and how great the dancing was, it was more than I could have asked for.

Paul was exactly what I wanted-not cheesy, played good music, definetly had the dance floor packed all night. I think I have received more compliments on him and the music than anything else! And a genuine all around good guy!

We had Paul Natale as our DJ and we could not have been more pleased with his service. He was right on with our music tastes and adhered to our do not play list. Everything was perfect. Multiple engaged friends asked for his card after the reception and my best friend booked him the next day.

We had DJ Cory Harding for our reception and the string ensemble, Ensemble Impreza, for our ceremony. Cory also provided some dance floor lighting that really added to the party atmosphere. Cory was very attentive to our music requests. He was exactly the non-cheesy DJ we wanted, and most importantly, our guests had a blast on the dance floor. Ensemble Impreza was very professional and played our classical choices beautifully. We're very happy that we went with Murray Hill Talent.

These guys were great -- we were looking for a DJ that would run the reception and play great music but mostly stay in the background. We actually didn't book a particular DJ because we loved their laid back professionalism when we met several of their DJs at our interview. They did a great job helping us with our timeline and choosing music before the event. During the reception they kept everything moving along without being intrusive and had everyone dancing and having a great time. They showed up when they said they would and always got back to us quickly to address all of our questions/concerns. It was just a bonus that they were the most reasonably priced of the DJs we interviewed.

We used Murray Hill Talent for our DJ and Scott Arrington was our DJ. Scott was so great and nice to work with. He is definitely what we were looking for in a DJ - not cheesy, was very professional, played the songs we requested as well as responded to the mood of the crowd and played songs to get the group dancing. The ceremony music was a great selection as well. I am VERY happy we chose Scott - he is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him for future weddings.

I am not generally a fan of bands at weddings - too many competing tastes, limited playlists, etc. But Metro was *amazing*. They played impeccably - and presented beautifully and professionally - playing perfect jazz and standards through dinner and then had people on their feet from the end of dinner till the absolute last second of the reception -- and several of our guests who said they were leaving ended up back on the dancefloor! Our dance floor ended up being way too small because everyone was dancing, so we had to move the tables back for more room. Great band!

Our DJ was Paul Natale. He was fabulous! He's got excellent taste in music and doesn't play the same old, tired wedding songs. He's very classy, not obnoxious like so many DJs are. He even made the extra effort to find and download my parents' wedding song to play for them. So many of my wedding guests told me he was the best DJ they've heard. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone!

I booked Murray Hill on the recommendation of another bride and was very pleased. I initially worked with owner Paul Natale, who was able to suggest a DJ based on the kind of music we wanted to hear. That is how I hooked up with Brendan Howard. Brendan did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him to anyone. My husband and I didn't want lots of games (which Murray Hill discourages) and were requesting some Shag music, which isn't typically part of a Boston wedding. Brendan accommodated both these points. He communicated very well with me over the long distance, and even provided the reception planning materials before Paul did. Additionally, Brendan was flexible working with me the day of the wedding. I had originally wanted cocktails and dancing to be on an outside terrace, but the weather was iffy all afternoon. He and I decided to put a speaker outside, and one inside by the dance floor and to have both areas open for dancing. It worked out perfectly and I was so thankful he was able to do that for me. Very professional, checked in with the venue staff and myself as needed. I would highly recommend this company! (Brendan especially)

Couldn't have really cared less about the music portion, other than do not play certain things. The DJ set everything up for both the outdoor ceremony and the indoor reception. My only complaint is that I think the DJ *almost* got our music taste--he wasn't far off, but it felt a little like an already established playlist. There were no gimmicks and the DJ was totally normal. No guests complained!

Brian Delac was our Dj, he was great. He played all the stuff we wanted to hear and totally stuck to our do not playlist. He was able to download songs right from his computer if he didn't have them already. The party went all night long and we even payed him extra to stay another hour. Totally recommending them to all that want to throw a great party!! No silly props, annoying lighting and he didn't take over on the mic.
