Reverend T. S. Deacon Economos

Deacon married my husband and I in July and was absolutely phenomenal. Leading up to the day, Deacon was super responsive to all of our questions and extremely helpful. He wrote a gorgeous ceremony that really tied together both my and my husbands beliefs (my family is Catholic while my husband's is mostly non-religious) - after the ceremony both sides of our families were saying it was the most lovely they'd ever heard. Deacon encouraged my husband and I to write our own statement to each other, and with a little writing guidance from Deacon, we can both say that sharing our personalized vows was the best part of the day. Deacon also ran our rehearsal with great humor and energy, keeping everyone involved and entertained while still imparting the need-to-knows, and he gave a lovely blessing at our reception. I couldn't have asked for a better officiant. I would highly, highly recommend Deacon.

Deacon was the absolute best person that could have married my husband and I. He shares many of the same views as us in regards to religion and marriage. He was also very responsive to any questions we had and guided us throughout the entire process. Deacon was able to join us and our wedding party for a pre-rehearsal lunch and everyone enjoyed his company. His ceremony was simple and sweet, which is exactly what we wanted, and everyone seemed to enjoy it, especially us.

Deacon was wonderful! Emailed back and forth many times, helped with every last details. He provided a ton of information on different ceremonies to help us create the perfect one for our day. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. We highly recommend him.

One of my bridesmaids came up to me after my rehearsal and said "I don't know where you found him, but your minister is AWESOME!" That is precisely how we feel about Deacon. He provides a wonderful service, is extremely knowledgeable, and is willing to completely customize/personalize your ceremony. As an added bonus, he's just a fun guy to talk to and get to know and he LOVES what he does.

Rev. Deacon had the crowd laughing up a storm!! He oversaw everything with the adequate reverence but at the same time, knew how to keep the mood light and interesting for everyone in attendance. If you're looking for the traditional sermon/church wedding, then you might want to consider someone else..
