We had an amazing experience at the Charles. They were attentive, proactive, and treated us and our guests wonderfully. I cannot even describe the compliments we are still getting about the food, venue, and service. I knew it would be a fabulous event with my family and friends regardless of location, but the Charles really put it over the top. We cannot say enough about Jenni. Great to work with all around!

Tracey at the Charles was great! Patient and professional. The reception went so smoothly. The Charles offers a unique combination of modern luxury. The dinner was delicious. We are still hearing from our guests about how fabulous everything was.
