We visited quite a few Tiffanys stores and met several consultants. Our favorite by far was Hadj at the Mall at Short Hills. He is warm, funny, and gets you exactly what you need, at your price point. We have established a wonderful relationship with him and absolutely will be using his expertise again. Our wedding rings and engagement ring are constantly commented upon so we are more than pleased with this vendor.

Its a jewelry store. Not really anything out of the ordinary as far as service. Actually the first salesman was quite rude, they only got more stars because the woman that actually helped me with my purchase was quite nice. But I love my jewelry and will be wearing it often, I went simle so its not just a wear once piece.

We did monogrammed wine glasses for our parent gifts- they came out awesome!!

I have never been treated so poorly. Not only are the sales and management staff snooty, they made us feel so uncomfortable. We merely asked for a change in ring size for my husband's wedding band and they gave us an extremely hard time.

Jack at the Short Hills, NJ Tiffany store is wonderful! He was so patient and really walked us through the process of ring shopping! Jack went out of his way to find us the perfect ring that fit my style and of course, fit my husband's budget! Overall, my husband felt so comfortable with Jack before, during and even now, after the purchase! We've gone back to Jack for a number of things since the engagement ring; he really has customers for life now!
